Restful and evocative - but a rehash of ‘falling asleep’ with elements of others too. I think time and respect should have been taken to create a collection of unique resources, not a collection of some excellent meditations that others, brazenly claiming to be individual, clone large chucks of. You did ask!

Apart from the flaming formulaic canoe again, which I navigate every night when I get to sleep, this meditation is phenomenal. Somehow it allows you to see the things most important to you; most essential to who you are without losing the meditative state. The opening of your mind to questions is genius: it allows you to reinforce what you have totally unexpectedly been lead to imagine. One of the very best. And thank God for no marble hall.

Arctic Igloo

Non-inclusive - there are many vegetarians and vegans in this world who do not find it restful to think of lying on animal skins! I’m tired of the marble hall, and ir’s basically a re-hash of the more effective mountain retreat, just with fewer props. Not for me. Sorry.
