Summer Dream
I love the feeling of bliss this delivers me to. It's always a bit of a struggle to keep my mind in happy places at first but by the time I'm done, I am so relaxed! A great way to control my blood pressure and help me sleep. It also improves lung function if you do the meditative breathing exercises while you're leaning into the meditation.
